Out the door and into the community.
Belonging happens out in the world, not just at home.
We help people find the places, people and activities that matter to them, and build the skills and confidence to take part. The goal is real participation and natural supports, relationships that don’t depend on paid staff.
Every plan is built as a team with the individual, their family or guardians, case managers and other providers, and reviewed through feedback and satisfaction surveys.
