At Erosun, we believe people with disabilities have every right to a full life in their community, and to the support that keeps them healthy and safe while they live it.
Our support is flexible and built around one person at a time. We work as a team with the individual, their family or guardians, case managers and other providers, so the plan stays effective and keeps moving toward goals.

A provider that plans with you, not around you.
Send the referral and we’ll coordinate with you on intake, the service plan and documentation. Our services follow WAC 388-101, and behavior support follows WAC 388-829 requirements.

Send a referral
Use the online form or call us. A few basics about the person is all we need to start.

We follow up
Our team reaches out, usually within one business day, to learn more and answer questions.

Plan together
We meet with the individual, family or guardians and the case manager to shape the service plan.

Services start, and we keep adjusting through feedback, satisfaction surveys and plan reviews.

Erosun began in Maryland in 2003, supporting individuals and families through residential, day, employment and community programs. We bring that experience to Washington with a focus on Supported Living Services.

Who can receive Supported Living Services from Erosun?
We support adults with developmental disabilities who are eligible for supported living in Washington State. If you’re unsure about eligibility, send a referral anyway and we’ll work it out with you and the person’s case manager.
How do I submit a referral?
Use our online referral form, call (509) 213-5600 or email info@erosunwa.org. Families, guardians, case managers and individuals themselves can all refer.
Can families and guardians stay involved?
Yes. We use a team-based approach that includes the individual, family or guardians, case managers and other providers, and we review the plan together over time.
