Erosun, Inc. has supported people with disabilities since 2003. Now serving Washington State!

About Erosun

Care with dignity. Plans with purpose.

Since 2003, Erosun, Inc. has helped people with disabilities live full lives in their communities. In Washington, we focus on person-centered Supported Living Services.

Our Mission

At Erosun, our mission is to empower individuals with developmental disabilities to live meaningful, self-directed lives within their communities.

We do that through compassionate, respectful and person-centered support. We are committed to high-quality Supported Living Services that uphold the dignity, independence and choices of every person we serve.

We believe individuals with disabilities have the right to lead fulfilling lives, integrated fully into the social and cultural fabric of their communities, with the support necessary for their health, safety and well-being.

What we work to create

Through structured planning, individualized support and steady collaboration with families, guardians and community partners, we build environments that do four things.

Promote Independence

People make more of their own decisions and do more for themselves, with support that steps back as skills grow.

Foster Inclusion

Real connections with neighbors, community groups and natural supports, not just outings.

Respect Rights and Culture

Each person's rights, choices and cultural values shape how support is given.

Protect Health and Safety

Responsive, regulated service delivery that keeps quality of life at the center.

One plan, one team

Our services are flexible and designed around each person. Everyone who supports them has a seat at the table, so the plan stays effective and goal-oriented.

Family and Guardians

Know the person’s history, preferences and what matters most.

Case Managers

Coordinate eligibility, funding and the bigger service picture.

Other Providers

Health, clinical and day-service partners who share the same goals.

Erosun Staff

Deliver daily support, track progress and keep the team informed.

WAC 388-101

Grounded in Washington's rules for supported living.

Our mission is grounded in the regulatory principles of Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 388-101. We remain committed to ongoing compliance, quality improvement and professional integrity.

A statement, and a daily commitment.

We view our mission as a daily commitment: to uphold the trust placed in us by those we serve and to raise the standard of supported living throughout Washington State. We actively encourage feedback from clients, families and stakeholders, because that is how a culture of continuous learning and compassionate care is built.

Let's talk about support that fits.

Families, guardians and case managers can send a referral in a few minutes. We’ll follow up to learn about the person, answer questions and talk through next steps.
