Services / Behavioral Support
Behavior support that builds independence.
Behavior is communication. Good support listens to it.
We carry out each person’s behavior support plan consistently across every shift, so expectations are clear and progress can happen. The focus is on understanding what a behavior is telling us and teaching skills that meet the same need in a better way.
Every plan is built as a team with the individual, their family or guardians, case managers and other providers, and reviewed through feedback and satisfaction surveys.
